Chuck Fuery

Chuck Fuery is president and founder of Stanford Property & Finance. After he finished graduate school at Stanford some 23 years ago, he began investing in real estate and working as an investment advisor to help his clients maximize their real estate returns. For 25 years, he has offered full-service real estate solutions which have included property management, brokerage, research, and 1031 exchanges. He is a true professional who provides superior service by always putting his clients first.

As a respected real estate broker/manager, Chuck has developed an outstanding rapport with fellow investment property agents, allowing him to see his clients’ transactions through to successful completion. He is an excellent negotiator and fully understands real estate contracts and investments. Many local CPAs and attorneys recommend his services and frequently compliment him on his depth of knowledge of both the practical, tax and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

In 1988, Chuck founded SPF Associates, a full-service property management company specializing in single-family homes, duplexes, fourplexes and apartment buildings. Serving clients from San Jose to Marin County for 25 years, SPF takes care of the entire rental process, from preparing a home or apartment for rent, to selecting caring and responsible tenants, to processing rents and preparing monthly and end-of-year cash flow statements.

Chuck is a member of a number of local and national investment groups and professional organizations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Managers Institute, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, California Apartment Association, Peninsula Exchangers, Chamber of Commerce, UC Berkeley Alumni Association, and Stanford Alumni Association.

Chuck enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering for numerous community events and school programs, as a championship coach for NJB basketball. He has also acted as a counselor for the Senior Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) and Active Corps of Executives (ACE). For many years, he has taught at UC Berkeley, at Stanford University, and in the UC Berkeley Young Musicians program, a scholarship program for young underprivileged musicians. He is often asked to perform as a guest musician at various business clubs in the bay area including the Bohemian Club, the University Club, and the St. Francis Yacht Club.  He enjoys the creativity of music. Similarly, he enjoys applying that creativity to solving business problems for his real estate clients.

He has been quoted in many newspapers and articles, and has served on several advisory boards.
